Rather than making .gov changes around the margins, online government should be drastically re-envisioned to better serve the needs of citizens. ONE. STOP. SHOP.

    Yes, people should try this site! Not only do user queries generally actually "work" at this site -- a query actually takes you to the info you are looking for, but, perhaps more importantly, once you get there the info is organized in a compelling way that the average citizen can actual see, use, and comprehend! Why can the Brits do this so much better than us?
