Social Media has tremendous potential as a customer service channel and is being used effectively in the private sector. Everyone uses social media for up to date news and events. And it is a social society that wants things "Now" and updated in minutes not days. But we also want the government to be honest and reliable when answering questions and working to improve the efficiency in how it works. More bang for the buck and less waste.
