Create a user-friendly error page for "eliminated" sites

In the spirit of a common experience, create and implement a standard error page for every federal .gov website that is decommissioned, archived, or otherwise removed from public access. Campaign: Content in other languages

Ensure high quality translation of website content

In those cases where web content is translated, be sure that the translation is of a high quality to be culturally appropriate and understandable to a broad audience of speakers of various dialects and from various national backgrounds.
